Are you looking to grow your career in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure? TLScontact is looking for a Junior Site Reliability Engineer to join our IT Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in DevOps, IT Operations, or SRE who is keen to develop within a cloud-focused environment.

In this role, you will help maintain and improve the availability, reliability, performance, and security of our applications, infrastructure, and services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will support the management and maintenance of Kubernetes/OpenShift components, assist with cloud infrastructure, contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, and help automate manual processes using scripting tools such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • You will also be involved in monitoring system performance, supporting incident response, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams to keep our production environments reliable and efficient.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a DevOps, IT Operations, or SRE-related role
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly AWS
  • Basic scripting knowledge, such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, ELK, Prometheus, or similar
  • Exposure to tools such as PDQ, Tanium, or Intune
  • A good understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment practices
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a genuine interest in automation and improving system performance
  • Experience with Git, GitLab, GitHub Actions, ITIL processes, ticketing systems, identity systems, personal data protection, or biometric platforms would be beneficial.

This role may include participation in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends, with a structured escalation process in place.
