This full-time Conveyancer role is based on-site at our Newquay office. The successful candidate will manage residential and commercial property transactions, prepare legal documents, provide tailored legal advice, and ensure compliance with all property laws and regulations. The role involves liaising with clients, solicitors, and external parties to facilitate seamless property conveyancing processes, all while maintaining high standards of client care and communication.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law and familiarity with Legal Issues, particularly in property and conveyancing
- Proficiency in Legal Consulting and experience in providing actionable legal advice
- Knowledge and experience in Legal Document Preparation specific to conveyancing
- Excellent Communication skills, with an ability to explain complex legal terms clearly
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously
- Understanding of relevant property laws and regulations in the United Kingdom
- Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with appropriate accreditation
