You will be responsible for a team of colleagues in a fast‑moving distribution environment.
The role will include the following:
- Achieving and improving KPIs
- Team motivation and building
- Maintaining stock integrity
- Warehouse planning and set up
- Dealing with absence and return to works
- Full responsibility for all functions of the site at weekends
- Floor management and MHE accountability
You'll be a forward‑thinking individual with excellent organisational and communication skills. Aside from this, you'll also need the following skills/experience:
- Experience of having managed KPIs
- The ability to lead a team in an operational environment
- Excellent communication skills
