Bristol (BS11)

Great opportunity to support a logistics operations team to support daily planning of deliveries and collections across the South West.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and allocating daily pallet collections and deliveries across Bristol and surrounding areas.
  • Support the routing and scheduling of vehicles ranging from 3.5T to 44T to ensure efficient fleet utilisation.
  • Process driver paperwork accurately and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.
  • Liaise with drivers to communicate schedules, resolve operational issues, and ensure service quality.
  • Provide excellent customer service by handling delivery queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar transport planning role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
