We are working on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client based in Tewkesbury who are looking to recruit an experienced On-Site Electrical Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary and a structured shift pattern within a stable and growing manufacturing environment.

Shift Pattern:

  • Week 1: 6:00am - 1:30pm
  • Week 2: 1:30pm - 9:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment
  • Fault finding and diagnostics on electrical systems and machinery
  • Supporting continuous improvement and minimising downtime
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations
  • Working closely with production and engineering teams on site

Requirements:

  • 18th Edition City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience working as an Electrical Engineer within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively on a rotating shift pattern
