Logistics Administrator – Responsibilities * Accurately manage data for stock movements, receipts, dispatches, and returns using the companies WMS. * Maintain booking schedules for both inbound and outbound deliveries * Regular communication with carriers, drivers, and internal teams about vehicle arrivals/departures * Generate pick lists, delivery notes, and shipping labels * Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and reconciliation as and when required * Handle purchase and sales transaction entries * Respond promptly to internal and external queries about stock and shipments * Support warehouse and logistics teams with administrative tasks and reporting Logistics Administrator – Requirements * Full UK driving licence * Experience with WMS platforms such as SAP, Manhattan, or Oracle (Desirable) * Experience in logistics or supply chain administration * Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy TLP Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
