This is a great opportunity for a friendly, organised, and motivated Sales Support professional to join a busy Commercial team within a global logistics business. The role is all about supporting the sales function, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and helping turn opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Working closely with colleagues across the business, the Sales Support role plays a key part in delivering great service from first contact through to onboarding.

What the role involves:

  • Supporting the Commercial and wider Sales teams with day-to-day activity
  • Researching and coordinating new sales opportunities

  • Keeping the CRM system accurate and up to date
  • Working with internal teams to smoothly introduce new accounts
  • Assisting with marketing-generated leads
  • Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
  • Learning and maintaining knowledge of multimodal logistics services
  • Helping prepare customer-focused proposals and reports
