Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives on winning new business, building relationships and creating opportunities? We're looking for a commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to help take our South Coast operation to the next level. Reporting directly to our Managing Partner, you'll have the autonomy to grow an established client base, win new business and explore new markets across Southampton, Hampshire and the surrounding region. With dedicated resourcing support and the flexibility to base yourself across Hampshire and the surrounding region, you'll have the freedom to focus on business development, while remaining accessible to clients and our Southampton office when needed. What You'll Be Doing Proactively identifying, approaching and winning new clients across the South Coast and surrounding regions. Growing and developing our existing client relationships, particularly across logistics, driving and industrial recruitment. Identifying opportunities to expand our services, develop new sectors and open up additional markets. Building a strong pipeline through networking, client visits and targeted business development activity. Working closely with our dedicated resourcing team to ensure excellent service delivery. Contributing ideas and helping shape the future growth of the operation. About You We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record in business development. Ideally, you'll bring: Recruitment experience within
logistics, driving, industrial, contract engineering or closely related sectors . A successful track record of winning new clients and developing accounts. Strong commercial awareness, confidence in negotiating and the ability to build lasting relationships. A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and the drive to identify and develop new opportunities. Experience in temporary staffing would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in successful permanent recruitment consultants from relevant sectors.
