Our manufacturing client are currently looking to recruit an experienced CNC Setter to join their growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to work day shifts in a well-established precision engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Setting CNC machines to produce precision components
- Changing and setting tooling
- Loading programs and adjusting offsets as required
- Carrying out first-off inspections and in-process quality checks
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Ensuring work is completed to quality and production standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Proven experience as a CNC Setter
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Experience with tooling change and machine setup
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player
- Competitive hourly rate of £17–£18 per hour
- Day shift: 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday
