We are currently recruiting for flexible Class 1 Drivers to join our client’s busy container transport operation in Southampton. This role offers genuine flexibility, allowing you to tailor your working pattern to suit your needs.

About the Role:

As a Class 1 Driver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering and collecting containers from various locations.
  • Operating Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Ensuring all container movements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Adhering to all relevant traffic laws and company procedures.
  • Completing vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A valid UK Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence.
  • A valid Driver CPC qualification.
  • A digital tachograph card.
  • A valid DP World card (essential) we can assist with this if you do not have it.
  • Previous experience in container transport is beneficial but not always essential.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • A responsible and professional attitude.
