Due to continued success and investment, they are looking to welcome an experienced Maintenance Engineer to their team.
The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining, repairing and improving machinery across the site. You will work as part of a skilled engineering team, ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned, reactive and preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Repairing and servicing site machinery and equipment
- Mechanical Pump / Plastics Experience (ideal, but not essential)
- Ensuring minimal downtime and supporting production output
- Completing maintenance records and following site procedures
- Supporting continuous improvement activities
- Working safely and following all site H&S guidelines
About You
- Mechanical & Electrical engineering experience (multi-skilled)
- Background working in a production or manufacturing environment (ideal)
- Experience with pumps beneficial, but not essential
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work a rotating 3-shift pattern
- Engineers with long-term mechanical & Electrical maintenance experience will also be considered.
