Job description:
Warehouse/Forklift Driver
TLP Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse/Forklift Driver to join our client, a leading supplier of specialist building materials, on a full-time, straight permanent basis!
Schedule:
- Shift 1: 6:00 AM β 4:00 PM
- Shift 2: 9:00 AM β 7:00 PM
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend work, if it becomes available, is paid at the following:
Sat β Time and a half
Sun β Double time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize, manage, and retrieve stock in the warehouse.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Safely operate a counterbalance / combi / reach FLT
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical capability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is required and MUST be from an accredited provider.
