Supply Chain and Logistics Controller
c£50,000 + Excellent Benefits, Company Car and Bonus

An excellent opportunity to join a leading distributor who are seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to support the Operations Director with the day to day management of the Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations. To ensuring maximum efficiency at the lowest costs and highest level of customer and supplier satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities

• Managing global suppliers to ensure supply meets demand.
• Manage the supply chain from importation of product through to delivery to customers’ depot. This includes the receipt, storage and picking of all finished products and materials on site.
• Manage the site facilities, ensuring that the distribution Centre meets all relative legislation.
• Control, through the onsite Transport Planning Manager, the performance and efficiency of the 3rd party providers.
• Achieve and maintain site KPI’s. These include picking accuracy, stock check accuracy, and delivery accuracy,
• Frequently review the most effective method for the business to both receive and deliver products.
