Recruitment Branch Manager / Regional Growth Opportunity – Totton, Southampton
£40-55k OTE + generous commission scheme + car / car allowance

The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Branch Manager / Regional Business Manager to join our successful Totton, Southampton operation. This is a well-established branch with a strong client base across logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding, and we’re also expanding into new markets and sectors.
This is a ‘hands on’ leadership role, where you’ll grow, coach and lead a team of temporary and permanent recruitment specialists, building a high-performance culture where people feel supported, motivated, and driven to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities
- Play in a key role in the recruitment of additional members to the consultancy team, with the support of the central resourcing function.
- Drive new business and develop client relationships across Hampshire and surrounding areas, working with stakeholders across the wider business to leverage opportunities.
- Maintain and grow our existing temp desk while further developing our regional permanent division.
- Support and manage recruitment processes, candidate pipelines, and key account relationships.
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities to increase branch revenue.
- Work closely with senior management to shape branch strategy and future growth, extending our regional branch network and geographical coverage.
- Contributing to business projects that enhance recruitment processes.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong operational, recruitment process and commercial experience, gained working within the recruitment or logistics/freight industries.
- Recruitment industry background preferred — this could be a Senior Consultant with strong leadership capabilities, a current Branch Manager, or a Regional Manager eager to set up or scale a branch quickly.
- The ability to lead from the front, drive progress, and think laterally.
- Strong sales, negotiation, relationship building and business development skills.
- A results-driven, proactive approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset, able to inspire an environment of innovation and continual improvement
- Strong financial management and budget oversight capabilities.
- Exposure to both temporary and permanent recruitment processes (advantageous but not essential).
- A valid driving licence.
