This is a great opportunity for a friendly, organised, and motivated Sales Support professional to join a busy Commercial team within a global logistics business. The role is all about supporting the sales function, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and helping turn opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Working closely with colleagues across the business, the Sales Support role plays a key part in delivering great service from first contact through to onboarding.

What the role involves:- Supporting the Commercial and wider Sales teams with day-to-day activity
- Researching and coordinating new sales opportunities
- Helping onboard new customers, including financial and compliance setup
- Keeping the CRM system accurate and up to date
- Working with internal teams to smoothly introduce new accounts
- Assisting with marketing-generated leads
- Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
- Learning and maintaining knowledge of multimodal logistics services
- Helping prepare customer-focused proposals and reports
- Experience in sales support, sales administration, or logistics operations
- A basic understanding of international trade and Incoterms
