Family run International Freight Forwarder with a 14-year history are going through a period of growth and need experienced Customs Clerks to come and join their fun team in Felixstowe
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and process import/export documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Liaise with customs authorities to ensure compliance with all regulations
- Track shipments and update systems with current status
- Work closely with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams
- Resolve documentation issues quickly and professionally
- Stay on top of customs laws, tariffs, and classifications
