Family run International Freight Forwarder with a 14-year history are going through a period of growth and need experienced Customs Clerks to come and join their fun team in Felixstowe.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and process import/export documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Liaise with customs authorities to ensure compliance with all regulations
- Track shipments and update systems with current status
- Work closely with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams
- Resolve documentation issues quickly and professionally
- Stay on top of customs laws, tariffs, and classifications
What You Bring:
- Experience in a customs or logistics-related role
- Skilled in using Destin8, CDS
- Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Solid computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems)
