Customer Service Coordinator – Pallet Network
£30,000 plus bonus and benefits
Monday to Friday
Bristol (BS11)
Great opportunity to support a logistics operations team to ensure the highest standards of deliveries are met for all their commercial customers, ensuring that all scheduled deliveries are completed in line with the customers’ expectations.
Responsibilities
- Pallet Coordination, oversee daily logistics within The Pallet Network
- Quotation Management, provide accurate and competitive quotations for UK, European, and international shipments
- KPI Reporting & Compliance, monitor performance metrics including on-time delivery, cost per delivery, and load utilisation rates
- Customer Relations, manage relationships with partner depots across the UK and Ireland, ensuring high service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar Pallet Transport/Logistics role
- Experience in client management
- Excellent communication skills
