Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement effective social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage content (written, image, and video) across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor comments and messages, engaging with the community in a timely and authentic way.
  • Track performance and analyse insights to refine campaigns and drive results.
  • Stay ahead of social media and digital marketing trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Support wider marketing and PR campaigns to enhance brand image.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or public relations.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident across major social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Data-driven mindset — able to turn metrics into actionable insights.
  • Creative, proactive, and full of ideas for engaging content.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field is a plus — but not essential if you have relevant experience.
