Are you an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Redhill, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in supporting a Contracts Manager and engineering teams across multiple sites, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and clients receive excellent service.

The Role

  • Managing administration for a portfolio of client sites
  • Handling incoming client callouts via phone and email
  • Scheduling engineers and coordinating workloads
  • Raising purchase orders with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Updating internal systems and client databases
  • Producing documentation for invoicing
  • Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Answering calls and providing general office support
  • Filing, data entry and maintaining accurate records
