Redhill, Surrey (5 days on-site) (ideally be a driver due to remote location)

£40,000 per annum

Full-time | Permanent (Mon-Fri 9-5)

We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Office Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and bring structure, pace, and accountability to a growing business. This isn’t your typical admin role — you’ll be at the heart of the operation, keeping everything moving, improving processes, and leading a high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning office performance — ensuring all communication is handled quickly and nothing falls through the cracks
  • Managing and optimising the service diary for smooth, efficient delivery
  • Driving the sales support process — from lead tracking to conversion
  • Leading daily operations, setting priorities, and keeping the team aligned
  • Managing and developing admin staff to maintain high standards
  • Taking control of systems (SimPRO) and improving workflows
  • Supporting compliance and keeping everything audit-ready
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service, systems, and customer experience

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager or Operations role
  • Confident leader who can manage people and hold standards
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
