We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Office Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and bring structure, pace, and accountability to a growing business. This isn’t your typical admin role — you’ll be at the heart of the operation, keeping everything moving, improving processes, and leading a high-performing team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning office performance — ensuring all communication is handled quickly and nothing falls through the cracks
- Managing and optimising the service diary for smooth, efficient delivery
- Driving the sales support process — from lead tracking to conversion
- Leading daily operations, setting priorities, and keeping the team aligned
- Managing and developing admin staff to maintain high standards
- Taking control of systems (SimPRO) and improving workflows
- Supporting compliance and keeping everything audit-ready
- Identifying opportunities to improve service, systems, and customer experience
