Are you an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Redhill, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in supporting a Contracts Manager and engineering teams across multiple sites, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and clients receive excellent service.
The Role
- Managing administration for a portfolio of client sites
- Handling incoming client callouts via phone and email
- Scheduling engineers and coordinating workloads
- Raising purchase orders with suppliers and subcontractors
- Updating internal systems and client databases
- Producing documentation for invoicing
- Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting
- Answering calls and providing general office support
- Filing, data entry and maintaining accurate records
What We’re Looking For
