Are you a commercially focused Project Manager or Change Management expert? Ready to take charge and drive performance? We need YOU to manage transformative programmes, lead cross-functional teams, and report key insights at all levels. You’ll own Network-facing projects, spearhead implementation, and develop new strategies that will shape the future.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead Retailer Facing Change Programs, driving performance and developing best practices.
- Manage the governance and reporting of the Network Transformation Program.
- Analyse data to identify trends and steer programme direction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Line manage a small team, focusing on personal development and progression.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Project Management or Change Management, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in reporting and data analysis to inform decision-making.
