About TLP & Toyota (GB) PLC
TLP has been Toyota (GB) PLC’s trusted partner for over 25 years. In this role, you’ll be employed by TLP but seconded to Toyota (GB) PLC to drive transformation across their network.
Your Mission:
You’ll play a pivotal role in the Networking Transformation Team, collaborating with Toyota and Franchise Partners to craft a sustainable business model that adapts to evolving customer needs and market changes.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Performance (40%): Lead the charge on Toyota’s Retailer Facing Change Programs, including the Transformed Retailer & Future Lexus Retailer. Develop best practices and engage with teams to keep performance on track.
- Network Transformation (40%): Own the programme office, from governance to reporting and tracking progress. Work with multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery of milestones and the realization of programme benefits.
- Leadership (20%): Manage a small Programme Office team, focusing on their growth and development.
