TLP have been working with Toyota (GB) PLC for over 25 years and are a trusted partner. This role will be employed by TLP (secondment to Toyota (GB) PLC).
Are you passionate about programme management and network development? Do you have a customer-first mentality and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to push back when necessary to ensure quality? We’re looking for a Programme Support Specialist to join the team. In this newly created role, you’ll support major initiatives including the Toyota Best Retailer in Town and Lexus Centre of Excellence Benchmarks and Awards Programmes, Retail Excellence / Centre Stage evaluations, and National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA) survey engagement. Your work will help enhance performance, drive improvements, and deliver outstanding support to our Centre Network.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the rollout and management of the Toyota Best Retailer in Town and Lexus Centre of Excellence Benchmarks and Awards Programmes.
- Deliver reporting, action plan tracking, and analysis to monitor progress and results.
- Manage the Retail Excellence / Centre Stage evaluation Programmes and supplier relationships.
- Lead engagement for the National Franchised Dealers Association survey, maximising retailer participation and action planning.
- Support additional projects on franchise standards, retailer representation, and facilities management.
What we’re looking for:
- Programme and project management experience.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Detail-focused, proactive, and strong at building relationships.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- (Desirable) Automotive sector experience or degree-level education.
