£40,000 - £44,000 Permanent Near Epsom, Surrey (location is most easily reached by own transport)

Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)

TLP have been working with Toyota (GB) PLC for over 25 years and are a trusted partner. This role will be employed by TLP (secondment to Toyota (GB) PLC).

This role will work within Strategy, Corporate Operations, Technology and People to develop the Strategy and Go to Market of our electrified proposition. This goes beyond our vehicles and into the charging ecosystem, energy markets, connected services, and micromobility. Creating our go-to market strategies and reporting for the Toyota and Lexus electrification propositions, which may include own-branded charging products, public charging solutions, and energy tariffs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working within TGB and across One Toyota, particularly with our Marketing, Fleet, C&NS and Product teams, to create reporting and analysis on the performance of our in-market products, liaising with our partners and supply chain to forecast demand and plan delivery appropriately.
  • Analysis and reporting on our competitors (including determining competitor sets), market trends and our position within the market for home charging solutions, public charging, and energy tariffs.
  • Responding to and creating solutions for our Network partners when facilitating the sale of our electrification products, working with C&NS, TME and our installation partners (e.g. British Gas) to address customer queries.
  • Creation and publication of internal product documents including Source, Bulletins and Guides, and external/customer facing marketing support materials, including Guides, Website Copy, Customer Journey Communications, and in-App notifications.
  • Support of and facilitation the electrification proposition within the new vehicle launch process.

Who We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • A customer first approach in the provision of service and support of all stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within challenging deadlines.
  • Good business writing skills to deal with external stakeholders and document/marketing creation.

Desirable:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (at least Intermediate level), email and Power BI.
  • An understanding of the Product Launch process.
  • Knowledge of the marketplace and channels within it.
