We are seeking a Vehicle Schemes Administrator to join a small team within the Remarketing department. You will be working within a small team of 4, assisting with the administration of various internal company car schemes.
Responsibilities:
- You will be dealing with the administration of our Employee, Contractors, Pensioners and Company car schemes.
- Answering any questions with regards to vehicle ordering from the President to a new Administrator, from people who know lots, to brand new people – Patience is very important.
- You’ll need to know the rules and processes that the company work with and the myriad of systems that you need to interact with on a daily basis – the Vehicle management system and Case management system mainly, but also systems that support additional vehicle information, inspections, insurance and licence data and many others. - You’ll be helping us keep up-to-date Personal, Vehicle and Order information so the client can provide the best possible service.
- You’ll be doing some administration that can be sensitive – so you’ll need a concise but always understanding manner.
- You’ll also learn something new every day – and share that knowledge with others.
