What You'll Do

  • Be the main contact for production teams, clients, and internal departments.
  • Turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources across multiple projects.
  • Prepare production portfolios and client pitch documents.
  • Support on-set days or production meetings when required.
  • Learn, develop, and grow into a future managerial role.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in production coordination, project management, logistics, or sales support.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal).
  • Confident with Excel, Google Sheets, or scheduling tools.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to take on responsibility.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
