What You'll Do
- Be the main contact for production teams, clients, and internal departments.
- Turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources across multiple projects.
- Prepare production portfolios and client pitch documents.
- Support on-set days or production meetings when required.
- Learn, develop, and grow into a future managerial role.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in production coordination, project management, logistics, or sales support.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Strong communicator (written and verbal).
- Confident with Excel, Google Sheets, or scheduling tools.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to take on responsibility.
- Full UK driving licence required.
