Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver dishes to a consistently high standard of quality and presentation
- Oversee and coordinate all kitchen operations within the Aztec Bistro
- Develop and plan menus with a focus on seasonality and innovation
- Ensure safe working practices in line with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety legislation
- Coach new team members and support ongoing training and development across the kitchen team

Our people are the driving force behind that ambition - and we're now looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead our Aztec Bistro Kitchen.
The Aztec Bistro is a vibrant, high-traffic venue serving hotel guests, Aztec Club members and locals from morning to evening. As Head Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the dining experience, leading a talented team, and ensuring our food offering continues to impress.

Hours & Pay
