Overview
As a Maintenance Operative, you will provide high quality support with a broad range of property issues across the resort, which includes the 4 Hotels, Aztec Club & Spa facilities, Alberts Bar & Aztec Bistro. The successful candidate will have basic plumbing & electrical qualifications, as well as previous maintenance experience in a similar environment.
Responsibilities
- Performing all aspects of reasonable building repair & maintenance
- Complete a range of carpentry, plumbing and electrical work (subject to suitable qualifications)
- General refurbishment and decorating of rooms
- Supporting the implementation of larger projects within the business

Hours and rate of pay:
This is a full-time permanent role of 40 hours over 5 days, including some weekend availability.
Hourly Rate: £13 per hour
