We are a professional family based in SW11, with both parents working within the same building as our residence. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to oversee the smooth running of our household and provide structured support to our 2 children.

Live-in or Live-out: Negotiable

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 45-50h spread over 5.5 days per week

This is a long-term role combining household management, child supervision and family administration support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Child Supervision & Routine Management
    • Overseeing daily routine for two home-schooled children
    • Ensuring schedules and tuition sessions run smoothly
    • Driving children to activities where required
    • Maintaining structure and a calm home environment
  • Household Coordination
    • Liaising with cleaner and cook
    • Overseeing general order and organisation
    • Managing household supplies
    • Stepping in when necessary to ensure smooth operation
  • Family Administration
    • Managing family calendar
    • Booking medical appointments
    • Handling insurance claims
    • Organising travel and holidays
    • Supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks during quieter hours

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as Household Manager, Family PA or senior nanny
  • Extremely organised and proactive
  • Comfortable working across both home and light office environment
  • Confident driver with clean UK licence
  • Discreet and professional
  • Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Any candidate must have

  • A DBS either dated in the last 12 months or on the update service
  • A first aid certificate
  • Excellent references
  • Must have experience with school age children

This role would suit someone mature, structured and naturally organised who enjoys bringing efficiency and stability to a busy professional household.
