We are looking for a high-performing institutional sales professional to help scale a fast-growing Digital Assets Liquidity business focused on crypto CFD liquidity distribution. This is a pure revenue-generating role for a proven hunter - someone who knows how to originate opportunities, win institutional clients, and drive meaningful trading volume.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Originate and close new institutional business within the digital assets liquidity space.
- Sell crypto CFD liquidity solutions to brokers, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, and professional trading groups.
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through networking, direct outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Present liquidity, execution, connectivity, and commercial solutions with confidence and credibility.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive deals through to onboarding and live trading.
- Partner closely with dealing, onboarding, and technology teams to ensure successful client launches.
- Represent the business at key industry conferences, meetings, and market events globally.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in institutional sales or business development within digital assets, liquidity distribution, leveraged trading, prime services, or electronic trading environments.
- Demonstrated track record of winning and growing institutional relationships.
- Strong understanding of crypto liquidity, execution, spreads, margining, and institutional trading infrastructure.
- Existing network across brokers, trading firms, hedge funds, and institutional counterparties.
- Commercially driven with the ability to engage senior decision-makers including Heads of Trading and Dealing teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proven experience selling to institutional and professional trading clients.
- Additional languages are advantageous but not essential.
