I’m currently supporting a leading FMCG organisation with the appointment of an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join their London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys taking real ownership of the end-to-end payroll process, working within a large, complex and fast-paced organisation.
You’ll act as a key payroll expert within the business, partnering closely with HR, Finance, operational teams and an outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery, whilst also helping to drive process improvements and stronger payroll controls.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong end-to-end UK payroll experience
- Experience managing high-volume weekly and/or monthly payrolls
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, pensions, statutory payments and HMRC requirements
- Experience working with an outsourced payroll provider – ADP exposure would be highly advantageous
- Experience with Time & Attendance systems such as Kronos / UKG
- Advanced Excel and strong payroll data analysis skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills across HR, Finance and operational teams
