I'm currently partnering with a highly respected, employee-focused organisation to recruit an experienced Payroll Advisor to join their collaborative HR and Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys owning the end-to-end payroll process while working within a supportive business that genuinely invests in its people.

What they're looking for:

  • Strong experience managing UK payroll from start to finish
  • Experience supporting European payroll or working within a multi-country payroll environment is highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience with Cascade Payroll is highly advantageous
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC requirements and compliance
  • Experience processing payroll amendments, bonuses, overtime and other ad hoc payments
  • Ability to build strong relationships across HR, Finance and the wider business

The role:

  • Manage accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Ensure payroll compliance with HMRC and current legislation
  • Support payroll-related audits and reporting
  • Administer payroll elements of employee benefits
  • Act as the payroll subject matter expert, partnering closely with HR and Finance
  • Keep abreast of payroll legislation and system updates, implementing improvements where required
