As a Waiter/Waitress at Bank de León, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality dining experience within a vibrant, Caribbean-inspired bar and restaurant setting. You will be responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient table service while maintaining the venue’s premium atmosphere and service standards.

Guest Experience & Service

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional approach
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and presentable manner
  • Create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for all guests
  • Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive dining experience

Food & Beverage Knowledge

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, including Caribbean dishes and drinks
  • Make recommendations and upsell menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Communicate clearly with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure order accuracy

Operations & Cleanliness

  • Set up and clear tables efficiently
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the floor area
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Ensure all service areas meet hygiene and presentation standards

Teamwork & Communication

  • Work closely with bar staff, kitchen staff, and management
  • Support colleagues during busy periods
  • Communicate effectively to ensure smooth and timely service

Compliance & Standards

  • Follow all health & safety and food hygiene regulations
  • Adhere to licensing laws and responsible service practices
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
