Bank de Leon is seeking a proactive and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth team coordination. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, capable of maintaining high standards while creating a positive and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support front-of-house staff during daily operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
  • Manage staff scheduling, breaks, and shift coordination
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Monitor floor activity to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and organisation
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
  • Assist in onboarding new staff and conducting ongoing training
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures
  • Work closely with management to improve service quality and team performance
  • Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management where required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (preferably in hospitality or retail)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
