Bank de Leon is seeking a proactive and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth team coordination. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, capable of maintaining high standards while creating a positive and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff during daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
- Manage staff scheduling, breaks, and shift coordination
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Monitor floor activity to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and organisation
