Quantity Surveyor responsibilities will be:
Cost estimating and budgeting
Cost control and financial reporting
Project forecasting and cash flow management
Subcontractor procurement and management
Tendering and commercial negotiations
Measurement and valuation of works
Managing variations and change
Contract administration and xgikmsk compliance
Final accounts and commercial close-out
Commercial risk and opportunity management
Preference in knowledge working with NEC Form of contract preferred
