TLG Infrastructure are currently recruiting for 1 Senior Engineer and 2 Site Engineers to work on a large Civils and Infrastructure package of works. The right people will ideally have experience in groundworks including drainage, roads, sewers, asphalt, foundations and minor S278 works.
Senior Engineer
- Key focus on site supporting and directing Site Engineers across sections
- Working closely with Agent supporting on programme deliverables on a daily/weekly basis
- Ensuring quality in Site Engineers' work as per the design
- Ensuring construction work complies with design requirements, regulations, and quality standards
- Resolving technical issues on site and proposing engineering solutions
- Coordinating surveys, setting out, and as-built records
Site Engineer
- Experience using a Leica instrument setting out on groundworks and civils projects
- Marking lines, levels, coordinates, and reference points on site
- Identifying and reporting discrepancies between drawings and site conditions
- Carrying out as-built surveys to confirm completed works match the design
- Working in conjunction with Foreman and operatives ensuring setting out is completed for section of works to be delivered
- Supporting quality assurance and compliance requirements
