We are currently recruiting for 3 experienced Site Managers to work across multiple sites in the Coventry area on the NGED framework. This role involves overseeing operations on 132kV substation projects, ensuring delivery to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Health & Safety Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments in line with current SHEQ legislation
  • Liaise with clients and deliver regular progress meetings
  • Support audits and ensure full compliance across all site activities
  • Supervise and motivate site staff and subcontractors to work safely and responsibly
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timeframes and quality standards
  • Manage day-to-day site operations with a strong focus on health & safety, efficiency, and teamwork
Essential Requirements
  • NGED OPS 2B authorisation
  • Proven experience managing substation or similar infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of SHEQ processes and site compliance
  • Full UK driving licence (role involves travel across multiple sites)
Important Notes
  • PPE will be provided
  • Multiple Site Managers required for ongoing work across the Coventry area
  • Only candidates with relevant experience and authorisations will be considered
