We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong highways experience to join our infrastructure team. You'll manage costs, contracts, and commercial matters across key road and civil engineering projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage project costs, budgets, and financial reports.
- Prepare estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Oversee NEC3/NEC4 contract administration.
- Handle valuations, payments, variations, and final accounts.
- Support project teams and guide junior Quantity Surveyors.
- Experience working and advising on best practice within the highway sector.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
- 7+ years' experience, including highways or major civils projects.
- Good knowledge of NEC contracts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- MRICS is an advantage.
