We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong highways experience to join our infrastructure team. You'll manage costs, contracts, and commercial matters across key road and civil engineering projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage project costs, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Prepare estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
  • Oversee NEC3/NEC4 contract administration.
  • Handle valuations, payments, variations, and final accounts.
  • Support project teams and guide junior Quantity Surveyors.
  • Experience working and advising on best practice within the highway sector.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • 7+ years' experience, including highways or major civils projects.
  • Good knowledge of NEC contracts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • MRICS is an advantage.
