We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a growing team delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking for long-term contract work on a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from 2 million to 12 million in mechanical value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all mechanical installations on-site
  • Supervise subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
  • Monitor progress against programme and report to Project/Contracts Managers
  • Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging processes
  • Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within commercial fit-out projects
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, pipework, and mechanical building services
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain high standards under pressure
