MEP Project Manager Thames Valley Park, Reading 350- 400 per day (Outside IR35) Long-Term Contract | September Start The Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a growing M 3.5 million CAT B commercial fit-out at Thames Valley, Reading.
The project comprises a CAT B fit-out across three floors delivered over three phases, providing an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative business with a strong pipeline of future work.
Following successful delivery of this scheme, there will be opportunities to move onto specialist laboratory refurbishment and office-to-laboratory conversion projects across Oxfordshire.
The Role Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the MEP package from pre-construction through to handover.
You will act as the primary point of contact for the client on site, coordinating subcontractors across all MEP disciplines while ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
