We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a leading £30m turnover M&E contractor on a major residential scheme in White City. This is a long-term opportunity offering a minimum of three years' work on a flagship development.

Role Overview: You will oversee mechanical installation works on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance. You'll coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials while reporting to the Mechanical PM and ensuring smooth delivery across all residential blocks.

Requirements:

  • MUST come from a Plumbing or Pipefitting background
  • Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ/SVQ, City & Guilds, etc.)
  • Proven experience supervising residential projects
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installation
  • SSSTS or SMSTS essential
  • Ability to manage teams, interface with other trades, and maintain high standards of workmanship

Package: £250-£325 per day (DOE), paid CIS or Ltd. Long-term contract with consistent workload. January start.
