Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an Electrical Project Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of a commercial fit-out project in Hertfordshire around £2.6million electrical value. This is a particularly good opportunity for either an established Electrical Project Manager or an ambitious Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor who is ready to make the step into Project Management.
The business has a strong track record of developing people internally and can offer long-term career progression alongside a secured pipeline of future projects.
The Role
As Electrical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of the electrical package, working closely with the Contracts Manager and wider project team. You will be involved across the project lifecycle, coordinating labour and subcontractors, managing programme and procurement, dealing with technical information and maintaining strong relationships with the client and other project stakeholders. For someone stepping up from a Site Manager or Supervisor position, you will have the support of an experienced senior management team while developing your commercial, technical and project management experience.
Key Responsibilities
