We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor on behalf of a well-established M&E contractor with an annual turnover exceeding £10 million. The business has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality Mechanical and Electrical projects across the hotel, commercial, and infrastructure sectors throughout the UK.

This opportunity is initially for a flagship 10-month project based in Croydon, with a strong pipeline of secured work offering the successful candidate the chance to move directly onto future projects upon completion. Our client is actively seeking ambitious individuals who are looking to progress their careers, and for the right person there is a clear pathway into a Project Manager position.

Responsibilities
  • Supervising electrical installation works on site
  • Managing and coordinating electrical subcontractors and direct labour
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
  • Conducting site inspections and quality checks
  • Coordinating with project teams, clients, and other trades
  • Maintaining site records and reporting progress to senior management
  • Promoting and enforcing health and safety procedures on site
Requirements
  • Relevant Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
  • SSSTS Certificate (essential)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Electrical Supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate site activities effectively
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
