Our client, a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor, is looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale and technically complex projects across the commercial, aviation, and data centre sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for projects ranging from initial concept through to final tender submission
- Review design documentation and specifications to produce competitive and compliant tenders
- Work closely with the pre-construction, design, and delivery teams to ensure cost accuracy and buildability
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
- Support value engineering exercises and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Contribute to bid presentations and client meetings when required
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing, labour rates, and industry standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the M&E contracting sector
- Strong background working on commercial, aviation, or data centre projects
- Excellent understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation methodologies
- Ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications
- Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
