TLG are currently recruiting 2 gold card electricians for a new build residential project on an initial 6 month contract.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for full electrical installations on a residential project, including works from power supply to premises. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical capability and the ability to work efficiently within a structured project programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Full installation works from incoming power supply through to final connections within premises
- First and second fix electrical installations
- Installation of consumer units, distribution boards and containment
- Testing, inspection and commissioning
- Reading and interpreting drawings and technical specifications
- Ensuring all work complies with BS 7671 (18th Edition)
- Maintaining high health & safety standards on site
Requirements (Essential)
- Valid JIB Gold Card
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Proven experience installing from power supply to premises
- Residential project experience
- Own tools and PPE
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
