Electrical Estimator - Commercial & Super-Prime Residential Location: Essex | Hybrid Working Salary: £55,000-£70,000 + Package (DOE) We are currently working with a well-established M&E contractor specialising in the delivery of commercial and super-prime residential projects, with M&E values of up to £15m. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their pre-construction team based from their Essex office, with the opportunity for hybrid working. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor delivering technically challenging, high-specification projects across London and the South East. Key Responsibilities Preparing detailed electrical estimates and tender submissions for projects valued from £1m through to £15m M&E. Reviewing tender documentation, drawings, specifications and bills of quantities. Producing accurate material, labour and subcontractor cost estimates. Obtaining and analysing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Identifying value engineering opportunities and potential commercial risks.
