We need an engineer to own our next-generation GSE portfolio — from first concept to production at scale.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll execute the Product Roadmap, lead industrialisation, and oversee major deliveries for our pioneering electric ground power portfolio — 28V DC battery carts and 400 Hz frequency converters trusted by airlines and airports worldwide.
What’s on the table:
- Own product development from concept to commercialisation
- Lead industrialisation and design transfer to manufacturing
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software)
- Shape the product roadmap with market and competitive intelligence
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Aerospace or Manufacturing)
- 5+ years in product or project engineering in a manufacturing environment
- Proven project management and industrialisation experience
- Strong communicator, outcome-driven, strategic mindset
